My brother Doc has this cabin deep in the mountains here in Ky.and he goes to stay in it once in a while,while stopping by to show his friends his home away home on a 4-wheeling trip,He found the remainders of a huge rattle snake,then one of the friends said isn't that it laying there in the corner of the porch? Sure enough there it was.This is the snake skin shed that was hanging right where the snake left it,I think they shed once a year,the skin goes up over the logs where we couldn't even see it,It was a huge rattler..click on picture to see it better..
