The Live Nativity

I went back out to the old Pine Mountain Settlement School on Sunday night for their live Nativity..It was wonderful,It sure puts you in the Christmas spirit..This was held at the Old Chapel that is on the school grounds.... And we went to the Laurel House(which is down from the church) for tea and cookies afterwards..
This live nativity has been going on for 90 plus years, some of the people that is in the play are grandchildren and great grandchildren of the original cast members..It is just wonderful to watch and be a part of it...

This is their tree in the Laurel House(which is the dining hall)..
I make cookies every year for the tea,I look so forward to doing my little part to help keep this tradition going...

  3. Hi Andora...Beautiful nativity scene and Christmas tree.
Everytime I scroll down and see Shag's photo, it makes me smile. I imagine you miss your son even more with Christmas. We have a young man in the army, who is missed dearly too.
    Have a good Christmas Andora!
