"BAKING TOMATOES"

I call these cherry tomatoes,some people call them grape tomatoes,but it doesn't really matter,But when these guys start getting ripe you usually have lots of them on one plant,This is a quick and easy way to fix a new side dish.Just wash them and make sure they are dry,coat them with a little olive oil,salt and pepper,bake at 400 degrees until they pop open,about 10-15 minutes,just keep an eye on them.They are so good with grilled chicken..

  1. Mmm, sounds and looks delicious! I love homegrown tomatoes, but never grow them, don't ask me why. But, I'm waiting patiently for the ones grown at my hubby's work to start showing up here at home! :o)
