MY RE-BLOOMERS

I was amazed to find this guy budding to bloom, anyone who knows Irises knows they bloom early spring, but there are some that are called re-bloomers,they may or may not re-bloom in the fall, well this beauty decided to give me some more color of spring in the fall, and I so appreciate it,and the smell is awesome. And this one is an early spring bloomer to,this is Creeping phlox, and yeah it is blooming again to,it isn't as thick as it was in spring, but it is blooming..I know I posted about honey suckle a few weeks ago,but this one is the one on my deck, and it has decided to bloom again to,or maybe it is suppose to..
And this is my Joseph's Coat rose,It starts blooming in spring and blooms til frost,it starts out yellow, then orange, then pink and then red,it is really a beauty to have..I guess it could be a re-bloomer since it re-blooms all the time..LOL...just thought you might enjoy looking at it...

Take care and have a good weekend!!!!!

  2. Hi Andora...your Joseph's Coat rose has a beautiful color...I've never had an iris to rebloom, but my small magnolia bloomed in the spring like normal and then again in late summer this year.

  6. I love Iris's! I have lots of bulbs, but not too much success with them even blooming in the spring, yet alone again in the fall!! I am going to take them all up and move them somewhere else. I love all your photos! Isn't nature so amazing and uplifting?
P.S. Thanks for posting on my blog.

  8. Flowers are holding up longer than usual here in S Dakota too...and I was floored when I saw the huge variety blooming on the W coast, but then they have much milder weather year round...

  9. Thanks for your comment on my blog. My mom and sister collect Blue Ridge plates. I don't, except that I found that one for 25-cents at the thrift store. I actually do know what the fruit is -- it comes from South Africa and we will be eating it in a few days. Great shot of the praying mantis -- which happens to be the photo where my comment is...
